Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
- Present and demonstrate Gotham Coders’ services, showcasing their value to potential clients.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Generate regular sales reports and insights to share with management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology, IT, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, digital marketing, and workflow automation (preferred).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
